Our programs

Two approaches. One commitment to meaningful work.

The Hydroponic Greenhouse Lab creates a physical, ability-matched workplace. NJCareer.com is designed as a digital career ecosystem connecting people, preparation, and local opportunity.

Hydroponic Greenhouse Lab

A hands-on employment program for adults on the autism spectrum, growing farm-to-table produce for local restaurants — and building a playbook other families and communities can adopt.

  • Ability-matched work: a structured environment designed around participant strengths, comfort, and skill development.
  • Local food connection: hydroponic produce grown for relationships with local restaurants and the wider community.
  • A model others can use: the operating approach will be documented as a practical playbook for other families and communities.

How the programs fit together

One digital and scalable. One physical and replicable.

Both programs are built on the idea that employment barriers are removed most effectively when systems and environments are designed around people — not when people are expected to fit a one-size-fits-all process.

Physical connection

The Greenhouse Lab offers tangible, supported work for adults whose needs may not be well served by a traditional corporate setting.

Digital connection

NJCareer.com is designed to help people navigate career options, preparation, and local opportunities through a dedicated employment platform.
