Who we serve
Every ability, age, and background belongs in the future of work.
LetUsConnect brings employers, educators, and job seekers together to build local employment ecosystems — from helping youth in school districts discover the right career and education path, to connecting adults on the autism spectrum with employment matched to their unique abilities (whether in corporate roles or specialized programs like supported greenhouse and agricultural work), to helping seniors with longer, healthier lifespans find meaningful work and stay connected to their communities.
