Information we collect
Current forms collect only information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, interest type, consent acknowledgment, and message. We use this information to respond, discuss ways to participate, and share relevant program or partnership information.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to your request, coordinate a volunteer or partnership conversation, provide program information, and maintain a record of communications. We do not use the current Foundation forms to create employment profiles or collect applications.
Service providers
The website is prepared for Netlify hosting and form processing. If deployed there, Netlify may receive form and technical information needed to provide those services. Donations will be processed through PayPal after the Foundation adds its hosted donation link; PayPal applies its own privacy practices. Review and update this section if different providers are selected.
Cookies and analytics
This static package does not include advertising trackers or analytics by default. The hosting provider may process standard request information for security and operations. If analytics or additional tools are added later, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, disability diagnoses, immigration documents, financial account information, employment eligibility documentation, or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
NJCareer.com
NJCareer.com is a separate program destination and will require its own privacy information and consent choices before database-backed talent, employer, assessment, or matching features are offered. This Foundation policy does not replace that separate notice.
Your choices
You may ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Use the contact form and describe your request without including sensitive data.
Policy changes
We may revise this policy when services or practices change. The updated date at the top of the page will show the most recent revision.
