LetUsConnect for Employment is a youth-operated program driven by a community portal. The program aims to raise employment awareness for diverse populations worldwide and empower autistic, neurodivergent, and disabled individuals by providing access to high-quality educational materials, technology resources, and subject-matter expertise. It utilizes a unique crowdsourcing model, engaging youth who strongly believe in the shared vision and responsibility of serving marginalized workforces. The objectives of the program include:
